I could recommend pretty much everything by Leo Flavum. Especially The Darkening or Waxworks. The first one is outright eerie. And then there’s Shandar. Not very scary though but a beautiful gothic ballad.
I think at least one of these tracks can be found on his website (www.leoflavum.net) or on lastfm.
